What is the return policy?

Due to the sensitivity of sanitation Promise Miinks does not offer returns on any merchandise. There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable)  and will solely be at the discretion of Promise Miinks and the representative that is handling your case. 

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery time. Be sure to contact customer service at promiseminksceo@icloud.com & the item must be returned  & unworn for a refund to be considered. 

Shipping
You will be responsible for your own shipping cost for returning your items. Shipping cost are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Be sure to keep up with your tracking information, we do not guarantee that we will receive your items. We do however recommend getting shipping insurance for all returning orders over $50.00.
